Acrylic Ganache board Set - Round (8 pieces, 5" to 12")
These acrylic ganache lids / boards are a must have item if you like your cakes to have nice square edges.
Simply match the disc up to the size of your cake, and make sure your using the same size cake card on the bottom. Place card & cake onto your turntable, tightly wrap your lid in Glad Press'N Seal Food Wrap using tape to secure. Using your pallet knife apply your ganache to the sides of your cake & to the top. Place your "lid" on top & using your boss scraper blade smooth around your cake, keeping the bottom card & lid aligned to each other, remove excess ganache, release the press N seal from the lid & remove lid, gently peel away the press'N stick.
You should now have a perfectly ganached cake! pop it into a cool area to set
